After which only the user account (seller or buyer) will be activated.
Then only a registered SELLER can upload his vehicle.
Then only a registered BUYER can bid for the vehicle.

* If a Seller auctions his vehicle through us, the refundable amount will be charged as service charges.
* If a Buyer wins a bid i.e. vehicle through us, the refundable amount will be charged as a service charges.
* For Buyer if he / she didn't win the bid and want to quit, just a amount of Rs 249/- will be charged towards service charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
* For Seller if he/she wants to remove their vehicle from the bidding process due to there own reasons, just a amount of Rs249/- will be charged towards service charges and the remaining amount will be refunded.
* Once the bidding for a vehicle started or completed, the Seller cannot ask for withdraw of vehicle, in such cases no amount will be refunded.
* Once a buyer wins the bid he / she cannot cancel their bid in such cases there will be no amount will be refunded.
* If the seller or buyer is not satisfied with our service at any time (before start of bidding) they can ask for refund of amount. (Just an amount of Rs 249/- will be charged).
The refunded amount will only be credited in their Account only no request of cash refund will be entertained.

All the vehicles are sold on "As is where basis is". Reasons related to Year of Manufacture mismatch/ parts missing etc. will not be entertained. Buyer is solely responsible for his own bid and will be liable to gather correct information about the vehicles. Please rely on your inspection for correct information/evaluation of vehicle. If there is any misuse report found from seller G Junction is take serious action to the seller.
G junction (and for that matter Gaadi Junction) has not undertaken any inspection/verification of the vehicles put up in the auction and is not responsible for the vehicles’ title and other information and documents associated with the vehicles. The same has been displayed in the auction site as have been received by g junction from the Seller.
Providing bid in this auction tantamount to reading and understanding of all the terms and conditions for the auction by the bidder. The vehicles, once sold, will not be taken back. The liability of transfer and RTO related discrepancies, if any, will solely be at the bidder's risk and responsibility. Any refusal and withdrawal from a valid bid by the bidder will be treated as non-compliance to terms and conditions.
Forfeiture of EMD- The EMD submitted by the bidder in favor of g junction shall be forfeited by g junction in the event bidder fails to honor any and all obligations and commitment, he has agreed to comply with including refusal to buy the vehicle(s) after being declared successful and/or delaying submitting the full & final payment to the Seller beyond the prefixed time frame as mentioned in the Auction Catalogue, or submitting only a part payment within the prefixed time frame to the Seller, or in the event of any other such violation to the prefixed Payment Terms as mentioned in the Auction Catalogue.
